When our cruise ship arrived in Tallinn on 30 June of 2018 we, a group of 16, met our guide form Estonian Experience team. Estonian Experiance had been suggested by several other travellers - an excellent suggestion to follow. All the details of our interests and what would be provided were worked out well in advance by email and phone. Our tour went extremely well even though Tallinn had the most visitors in one day on record - over 10,000. We had lunch at Olde Hansa, an authentic middle ages style restaurant and didn't have to wait (in spite of the crowds) as preparations had all been made. After we walked the town of Tallinn, we visited the KGB museum/headquarters and stopped off at an out of the way place where huge statues and busts of former Soviet leaders were piled up. I don't think that too many visitors to Tallinn get to see such reminders of Estonia's recent history. Eva was an excellent guide with incredible knowledge of the history and culture that was easy to understand. Our vehicle was very clean and well maintained with an excellent driver. Our tour was well priced and I'd not hesitate at all to recommend Estonian Experiance. We were all impressed. THANK you very much.

Our cruise ship stopped in Tallinn, but we had a very limited amount of time (4.5 hours). We were able to take a quick walking tour which included some stops for photos and a chance to walk around the outer walls and we also got to stop at Almond Marzipan where we were able to make our own marzipan creations. We were a group of about 40 and we split into smaller groups of about 10 so it the group sizes were perfect. We also took a tour in Stockholm which was organized by Estonian Experience and it was also excellent.

Used Estonian Experience for a tour in Tallinn during our Baltic cruise last week. Dealing with them prior to the tour was very easy. Quick responses on all my emails. Met up with Triin at the port right on time. Day was very cold and rainy. But the tour was fantastic. Triin was a wealth of information and very fun to tour with. We had a private tour for 8 of us. I am so glad I found them online for our tours.

We were two couples on a cruise, and booked a private tour through Estonian Experience for Tallinn and Riga. Both were excellent! In Tallinn, our three-hour walking tour of the upper and lower old city went by in a flash. Britta, our guide, was a delightful young woman with extensive knowledge of the city, its history, folklore, politics and whatnot. She also gave us recommendations for other places to visit outside the old city and directions how to get there. In Riga we were met by Edita for a 5-hour tour of Jewish Riga. Edita was also extremely knowledgeable and as we walked (or drove) she gave us background about the city, the politics, the Jewish connections, which is what interested us. We visited the synagogue in the old city where we were treated to a wonderful monologue by Mishke, the guard/caretaker/custodian. We also visited a memorial site next to a synagogue that was burnt by the Nazis. The final visit was to the memorial to Zanis Lipke, a port worker who saved 60 Jews from the city by digging a bunker under a shed and hiding them there. He is considered a Latvian hero. All in all, our two tours were excellent and are highly recommended.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the tour and the expertly planned schedule that allowed us to maximize our time. Our tour guide from Estonian Exp. team was amazing. Her knowledge is incredible - both in the planned agenda but also in her ability to field questions on a variety of subjects. Our driver was absolutely incredible. He was efficient and safe. Old Tallinn is very medieval - like a Disney castle! Estonians are very friendly, and after the tour we visited sights we'd seen from afar, thanks to a map & directions from our guide. We were taken to a restaurant and then escorted to and from the program by an Estonian Experience manager. She was courteous and eager to ensure that we were having a great experience. We were also impressed with the efficiency of the staff. At several venues, an Estonian Experience manager was there to pick up our tickets so there was never any down time. We HIGHLY recommend this tour company and would not hesitate to book them again if we are fortunate enough to return to Tallin.

We have toured with Estonian Experience before, so when they started offering a new destination we immediately decided to try it out and booked a tour with them. Well, I am glad we did because it's only on a private tour that you can see and experience THAT much! We had our private van and private guide for 2 days, with all admissions pre-arranged, and lunch was also included on one of the days in Malmbork castle to make the experience faster. I really enjoyed our guide's company who was fun and energetic, eager to share the love for her city with us, tourists, and telling lots of interesting stories to keep us entertained. The driver was always on time and the bus provided was very comfortable. Apart fropm Malmbork castle we also saw Stutthof concentration camp, did a panoramic city tour and toured the Old Town and explored Amber Museum. The guide pointed out various places for our self-exploration, too, so we always had something to do.
