I was a bit nervous booking online sight unseen but it couldn't have gone any better. We had two days in Moscow but a variety of interests so we thought a private tour would be best. After several emails with Julia we came up with a two day schedule that was very reasonable in price. Elena our tour guide was amazing- knowledgeable, courteous and flexible. We even left our hat in one restaurant and were able to go retrieve it the next day. Our group consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids ages 3, 7 and 11. Elena was GREAT with the kids and planned specific little things that would delight them like running through the trick fountains where she even provided rain ponchos so they could have fun without getting wet! She also took time to talk directly to them at their level. While booking this tour and deciding on an itinerary, our manager was attentive to every question and e-mail. We built our itinerary with her help and suggestions and it was a wonderful two days. We had no trouble understanding our guide she spoke excellent understandable English. She seemed so interested and happy to share her abundant knowledge with us; she was able to answer every question! We didn't have them but I would recommend asking about audio headsets if anyone in your group has difficulty hearing over traffic sounds, etc. Moscow itself was an interesting and beautiful place!

Manager Anna was able to adjust everything according to our request in an instant. We enjoyed our private tour a lot as our guide Eugenia was very knowledgeable about the History and the Soviet era which my husband was very interested in. she was able to make the story-telling process comprehensive, yet not boring, and she injects her own views on the situation which makes it even more engaging. there are guides online that you can book independently of course, but i believe that you get what you pay for, and i am happy that this tour company actually screens their guides, and have taken care of all logistical aspect of the trip.

My family and I came to Moscow in the beginning of May 2018 and decided that having a private tour was the best option. And it was a right choice. Making arragments wasn’t difficult at all thanks to our manager, Anna was quickly responding, not afraid making suggestions, helpful and practical. My concerns about our Moscow visit were quickly gone thanks to her. She was real, knew all the facts and communicated very well. So we decided to book all transfers and private tours with Bridge to Moscow. On this private tour we went into the Kremlin. Amazing governmental buildings and many spectacular churches. There were long walks and we had to remain attentive. We did not have much interest going inside. Too many tourists and long waiting lines. We enjoyed the outside looking at the architecture. Was this Florence or Rome or Paris? No it was Moscow. Our guide Natasha told us that most buildings and churches have been built by Italian architects. We walked to Red Square: the site of many happenings, now preparing for Victory day on May 9th. Closeby are beautiful (shopping) streets and buildings: in particularly GUM department store with an amazing selection of high end designer clothing and gourmet food. No signs of any hardship. People passing by with lots of shopping bags and a smile on their face dressed fashionably like in any other metropolitan city in the world.

The guide, Natasha knew her stuff and took us on an extended walking tour of Moscow providing lots of information including some local 'colour' that enriched the day and good advice about where to find the best value for souvenirs. She was punctual and professional on both days and happy to be a bit flexible to cater for our individual needs. Natasha and the driver provided a great tour, guiding us to the best market and place for lunch to suit our tastes and budget.
Our guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel with thw sign EXCOOR or your surnames. *The itinerary could be changed according to your preferences.
